if I coulg give this location 1/4 a star I would, and that's only because I love the Ross stores but this location has THE worst employees and the manager is just as bad of not worse....From now n I will go to a ross 20 miles away if that is th nearest one, because I refuse to go tho this one ever again and its literally 3 miles away....if that.
I absolutely love this store!! I can never go inside this store and not come out with something! I love the low prices of all their name brand items like Jordan's, Perfume & Cologne, Purses, clothes. I bought a Nice leather Calvin Klein purse that was originally $238.00 and I bought it for like around $60 bucks! Awesome!
Dirty store and unorganized merchandise. Clothing was on floor and many items scattered throughout. Not well stocked.

Today while I was in Ross. We was told the system was down and they're only taking cash. Well there was a few of us in line who decided to wait......but the employees that was running the Registers were RUDE! And the assistant manager....Marcella was RUDE as well. This is Unacceptable for Me. I choose to spend my hard earn money in that Store....and I fill like it no reason why people should be treated rudely cause your having a problem with the stores system. We are approaching the Holiday Season....This store need to talk to there employees about there Attitudes, Body Language, and Facial Expressions. It's a way to handle any situation. If you work for that's store....you're a Representative for that Store. Remember That!
