Went in and had multiple associates offer to help me find what I was looking for. Friendly checkout. No complaints. :)
The Fultondale, AL location has progressively gotten worse with customer service. Some that work there are very nice, but when I stand waiting on the forklift to load pavers and the lady on the forklift sits and talks for 15 minutes talking and laughing with someone that doesn’t even work there instead of loading my truck, it’s just a little too much.
Going on 2nd night without hot water...

Bad customer service, not enough cashiers, and the harder to find items they don't seem to stock. All but a few people are clueless about the merchandise they do carry. Once again I would have been better off if I had just went to Ace Hardware in Warrior!
U can nearly always find what ur looking for at Lowe's, waiting to get ck'ed out my be a wait, it usually bzy.
Absolutely pathetic... Bought a hot water heater and paid for installation... No one has done anything about getting it installed...
