This place is pretty new. So it looks great. The people that work there are friendly, no doubt. However the place has issues. Which the staff will work with you. I had to move to different rooms twice. If you are checking in around the same time as house keeping is getting off. You may not be able to park at the lobby entrance. Family members of house keeping choose to park there and wait.
This hotel is extremely new. The rooms was absolutely amazing and very clean. The cleaning staff does a great job in paying attention to detail I was ways leave something behind in a rando location to test the cleanliness and they found my gem. I spoke with management about the hotel and was very happy with the conversation there as well all around I definitely recommend this place for all. Also if you have to park in the back you have access to an elevator located near the back door.
Great service with a smile from Ramondous upon check in 2 weeks ago and were greeted by his welcoming smile again tonight!!! Beautiful property, nice breakfast variety, too. Feel so welcome here...and I"m sure you will, too!!! Make sure you check out the indoor pool...and relax.
Great location just outside of morning traffic rush and close to food and shopping. The front desk staff was exceptional and food was great. The bed and rooms were clean and comfy. My only small complaint was that the pool not opening til 10 AM was a major bummer for kids and having to leave early. Plus that's too late for many adults trying to excersice.
I stayed at the hotel over the Christmas Holiday. When I walked into the room it was very nice. However, when I tried to open the blinds I could not. It was broken. I decided to change rooms. The second room was also nice, but that is where every thing went down hill. There was something sticky on the floor at the entrance; when we went down for breakfast the next morning there was no food prepared; the young man in charge of breakfast was on his phone and when I inquired about the food he quickly threw it together (the sausage was half raw); when I came back to the room at around 11:15 pm my key nor my husband's key worked; there was no maid service on Christmas Day (which I understand) but there was no discount offered; when we came back to the hotel the next night around the same time our keys didn't work again and the lady at the desk seemed to not want to fix it; and yet again there was not breakfast ready and they were out of a lot of food. Needless to say even though this is a new hotel and the rooms are nice it was not a good experience. I called to let the hotel know about my experience and the customer service representative had little empathy. I would not recommend staying at this hotel any time soon.
