The service is unbelievable...super quick, very friendly, and tasted AMAZING!! The restaurant is very clean. Just a little pricey. Everything else is just about perfect.
Got a large fry and none of them were crispy. I don't think they are frying them right at this location. Some barely tasted cooked.
Best customer service I have had at any 5 guys. I love the occasional trip to my local Huntsville locations, obviously anybody who eats at 5 Guys knows it is expensive for burgers and fries but it is the best you will get for your money (Red Robin is just awful). The food is always fresh and made to order. This location had it on point with personality, every one working said hi and asked how we were doing. They had a great time doing there jobs and could tell they enjoyed making there customers happy. Will definitely be stopping here on my occasional trips to Birmingham in the future.
The burgers were delicious and the guys inside were happy to hear what we were getting. Love their tasty fries and burgers. Oh if u are alone just order a small fry hahaha
