I have known the owner and his family for over 10 years and I have known the manager for over a year and they are top quality people and they will address any issue with the kids.
My mother in law had taken my 13 yr old special needs son to skate over the weekend . (9-2-17) After only being there maybe an hour , a 11-12 yr old girl and another young male had called the 2 of them over stating they wanted to ask her a question. Upon greeting the 2 teens my mother in law ( a lady in her mid 50's) was asked by the 2 teens if she " needed a condom?" When she looked confused , it was stated that way no more kids like my son would be born! My child is a MIRACLE! His life expectancy was 3 and he has beaten all odds even having emergency open heart surgery just a few yrs back! When this was brought to the owners attention , yes he did apologize and offer free skate the next time they came but WHY WOULD WE TAKE OUR BEAUTIFUL MIRACLE TO A PLACE LIKE THAT AGAIN?? The police even knew the girl by name as well as the owner and NEVER MADE HER LEAVE!! MY CHILD ENDED UP LEAVING BC HE WAS UPSET! He knew what was said of him. SO FOR SUCH A " FAMILY PLACE" you should us that special kids can be bullied and you let the offenders stay! THIS IS NOT A FAMILY PLACE! YOU CAN TREAT OTHERS HOWEVER YOU WANT AS LONG AS THE COMPANY IS GETTING PAID! You all should be disgusted with yourselves!
I used to take my son and nephew here a lot. My mother came this past weekend with my nephew who is special needs. My nephew was enjoying his self, having a great time, until two little teenagers came up to my MOTHER and asked if she needed a condom so she can't reproduce a child like my nephew. After talking to the manager and a police officer there my mom left. They did give her 2 free passes that I can guarantee will never be used. The two kids were still there when she left so obviously they didn't get kicked out. I will never come back here after my family was disrespected. These kids should have been kicked out!
There are a lot of places young teens can be hanging out and getting into trouble and this is not one of those places. This is a safe haven for parents that want their kids to have fun but not worried if they are going to be hurt or involved in any illegal or dangerous activity.
My son comes here every weekend and has since he was 6 years old and I am telling you now the staff always stays on top of what's going on, my son was here when that happened and this is an isolated incident and was handled immediately.
Again if you are looking for a good place for your kids to hang out I wholeheartedly encourage you to try Funtime out for yourself and don't judge the business,staff or owner by one isolated incident.
.... That was the way I felt about it. Till JJ left. The new people are impossible to be around. They drain all the fun out of the place. Ruined a great thing!

I came here as a teen and just came back with my son. Looks the same. It was fun however it needs some tender love in care esp the carpet in certain places as well as the restrooms... fun for all ages. Ps Their communication is lacking. Tried emailing about a party and it took them 5 days to respond.
