This place is awful. Menu constantly changes so good luck finding a regular item you can enjoy. The last visit I ordered a burger and it literally came with 15 french fries. Yes, I counted them as there were so few. It seems that they weren't even interested in trying to provide a good meal. My wife ordered a chicken wrap in with both portions there was only a single piece of chicken. Terrible. We will never go back.
Dined during the Burger Monday special. Burgers with fries for $6.99. Good deal, great burgers. Plus they are having $1.00 long island teas for the month oh December. Not bad.
Great food, very good service. Sometimes, if busy, takes a lil longer to be served. Has great deal at lunch. 12 minute lunches. Food always arrives before 12 minute timer is up.
This has been a previously favorite stop for us. Today the hostess was ticked because we requested a booth after she said none were available. She said, "I haven't cleaned that one yet". She made a show of walking over to clean it, then left it twice to greet ad seat other customers. She never put the towel in any water. And was obviously rude. We left and ate at another Applebees with courteous and attentive workers and management.
Service was a bit slow but the place was packed so understandable . Two of the meals we ordered came out lukewarm one meal sent back to redo it and it came out even colder. Third time manager prepares it and it was hot! Perfect. They definitely wanted to make sure we were pleased. Manager even took the meal off our bill.
